All booking confirmations are issued through our 2MH Group intranet platform.
The customer agrees to provide the following information:

→ Full name of each passenger (surname and first name as per ID/passport)
→ Number of luggage items
→ A contact telephone number
→ Connecting flight details (if applicable)

Full payment must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Rates :
All quotations are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).

Terms of Payment :

Payment may be made:
By credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Via a secure payment link sent to the customer. The customer confirms that they are duly authorized to use the credit card for the transaction.

By bank transfer
Bank details will be provided upon validation of the quotation. Proof of transfer may be requested.
For payments made by bank transfer, the booking will only be confirmed once the funds have been received in the company’s bank account.

Cancellation Policy – Customer

Cancellation – Jet Systems Hélicoptères Services :

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, the flight will be fully refunded. An alternative ground transfer (by car) may be offered at an additional cost.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer, bank details will be required.
In the event of cancellation due to technical reasons, Jet Systems will make reasonable efforts to provide another helicopter of the same category as soon as possible.
No financial compensation shall be payable in cases of cancellation or delay due to weather conditions, technical incidents, force majeure, or air traffic restrictions, beyond the refund of the flight.

Jet Systems shall not be held responsible for missed connections or consequential damages.
If passengers arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time, Jet Systems reserves the right to cancel the flight without refund or compensation.

Insurance :
Jet Systems Hélicoptères Services insures passengers in accordance with its Air Operator Certificate (AOC No. FR.AOC.0024) and applicable European air transport regulations.
The company declares that it holds all necessary authorizations for the carriage of passengers.

Claims – Applicable Law – Jurisdiction :
Any claim must be sent to Jet Systems by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 days following the date of the service concerned. After this period, no claim shall be admissible.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, the Commercial Court of Romans (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including in cases of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a final court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
Failure by Jet Systems to enforce any provision at a given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it later.

Flammable Substances
→Matches and flammable solids
→Flammable, non-flammable, refrigerated or toxic gases
→ Camping gas cylinders and gas stoves
→ Flammable liquids (paint, solvents, thinners, fuel, etc.)
→ Substances that emit flammable gas upon contact with water

Gases
→ Irritant gases (e.g. pepper spray, defense sprays)
→ Lighter refills, gas cylinders
→ CO₂ cartridges

Hazardous Goods
→ Radioactive materials
→ Toxic or infectious substances
→ Explosives, ammunition, fireworks, flares
→ Oxidizing agents (bleach, peroxides)
→ Corrosive substances (acids, mercury, battery liquids)
→ Magnetized materials
Taser devices
→ Combustion engines (lawn mowers, chainsaws, etc.)

Maximum Luggage Allowance :
→ 2 holdall-size suitcases
→ 3 airline cabin-size bags

Luggage acceptance remains subject to aircraft weight and balance limitation
