works every summer in collaboration with the Departmental Fire and Rescue Services in the fight against fires.
The HBE is a formidable weapon, 1000 liters is enough to ensure “surgical strikes” against incipient fires located in steep areas.
We are ready to take off in less than three minutes after the alert is given. Thanks to a top speed of more than 200 km/h, we can be the first to intervene on fire starts.
OUR FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT
The Kit is a device that is fixed under the helicopter. It is a tank equipped with a hose on which there is a pump at its end.
On the tank there are release hatches like on a Canadair. This equipment is therefore permanent, and is suitable for difficult pumping operations such as small reservoirs and shallow waterways.
The carrying capacity varies according to the power of the helicopter.
Also called Bambi, it is easy to use. The Bambi Bucket is attached to the machine with a sling hook, similar to a simple lift.
It is quick to assemble and can be stored in a basket on the side of the machine during guiding or transport missions.

It is an equipment for multi-mission machines. The water capacity of the Bambi Buckets varies according to the power of the helicopter, about 1000 liters for an AS350B3.
This system allows the maximum water capacity to be adjusted according to the aircraft’s capabilities.
